Welcome to Japan

                I made it! It’s my first full day in Japan and after yesterday’s packed day of travel, it’s nice to just sit in the hotel room and relax a bit before the next stage of our journey. In a few hours I’ll be headed back to the airport to wait for the rest of our classmates and at 3, we’ll head to Hakuoh University.

                The flight in was very nice! Long, but that’s what you expect from a 13 hour flight… The sun sets really early and rises early too. I’m going to take a short nap before we have to check out of the hotel. There are also beautiful cherry blossoms all over the place, so it’s very beautiful. The weather is perfect.
